Fresh hand made sheets of pasta. We love our pasta! The deep yellow color comes from our eggs.
The best fresh ingredients. I love having everything ready to go in front of me. Then I can pretend that I have my own cooking show, he he.
Ready for the oven.
Now Eat!
I am soo impressed! I have been makeing 'own ingredients' spaghetti bolognase recently, but I've NEVER made pasta!
ReplyDeleteHow is your heat wave? You descibed it so well - when we had one last year, all I could say was 'ugh'.
I have wanted to make my own pasta for so long.
ReplyDeleteLove the colour of yours and the finished dish looks mouth watering delicious!

Wow, I am really impressed also! How do you get the pasta so thin? Next thing we will see you making is your own filo. he, he, he.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, beautiful photos and looks yummy too!
I should not have read this on an empty stomach. Grrrowl!
ReplyDeleteLooks good enough to eat! What all is in it? Is that an egg on the ricotta? I have a pasta machine but I've never tried making lasagna noodles with it. Now I'm hungry...must go eat leftover spaghetti...not nearly as good lookin' as this.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless Ya,
