10 in 10 for 10 - Day 2

I wasn't sure I'd make it today, struck down as I was with a nasty cold. I thought I had it licked but, in the middle of the night it sneaked up on me and took me down.
Todays photos may not be so inspired but, I am pretty chuffed that I got the shots. Thanks go to The Engineer for his help and support.

I will hopefully be back tomorrow with a little less fog in the brain.

Oh...Looks like the St. Johns Bridge and district. More memories, the Mr. and I used to go to the Jazz Fesival at Cathedral Park, one of Portland's many hidden gems. The photos are great and how sweet of The Engineer to help you.

Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Well they look pretty spiffy to me. Love the one of the rusty old train.

The best bit about blogging and reading blogs is getting to see other peoples "corners of the world". Places and things you wouldn't see in guidebooks. Literally broadening horizons.
An insight into Portland without the long haul flight! :-)

This project is a great idea - I love that blogging gives us a little look into the world through other people's eyes and shows us what other countries are really like. Looking forward to the rest of your 10.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
