Quick Snaps

Today is a bit crazy, so I'm going to share some quick snaps from The Instagram from this past week. A few random bits of daily life here at the little green cottage - where everyday is an adventure...sort of.

Dolly gets a haircut.

The happiness of a clean and well organized spice drawer; it's the little things.

Rosemary harvest.

My current obsession with sewing simple funky little prairie dresses for my girl.

A girl and her cat, and a pony.

Happy Wednesday all!

Oh I wish I had a prairie dress too! This really takes me back to my childhood - cutting hair (dolls, sisters etc...) and longing for a Hollie Hobbie Dress... lovely random photos - thanks for these and for your comment, too.

I love the way the pictures go from crime scene to calm to I'm not sure what those two are cooking up, but I suspect it will be a) noisy and b) messy.

If you want to send me a prairie dress or two (child or adult-sized, either will work), I won't complain! :)

Looks like the first photo has a bit of...Voodoo going on! - That will be so nice to go to find a spice and it will be right there (not in some bad old plastic bag from the bulk spices at Fred Meyer from sometime last year) ready for that special recipe. - P.G. looks like such a big girl in that last picture..maybe it is that thoughtful way she is being with the cat, so calm and sweet. xo

Even though I've seen them all there, it's ace to see them here too. All week I wondered if I was still a blogger. Now spending a bit of time visiting my favs and writing mine, I can see that there is something a bit more personal, a bit more slow than the quick click and the double tap. xx
